
This means you won’t be able to run around Mordor with a friend in splitscreen co-op in Shadow of War, but at least you’ll be able to share some of your success conquering fortresses with others online. Instead, players will simply be able to upload any fortresses they conquer, control, and customize in the single-player experience in order for other players to try and defeat them. Unfortunately, the multiplayer component isn’t splitscreen co-op. While the first game was purely a single-player experience, Shadow of War decides to introduce a new multiplayer element, and as such, many players are wondering if it’ll feature any splitscreen co-op options.
